Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are welcomed within a 14 day arrival window on regular priced, non-pre-order, non-sale and non-discounted merchandise on un-washed,un-worn, unused,"like new" items with tags attached and original packaging.

If you would like to exchange for size or color, please contact us to ensure that we have your newly desired item on-hand and available when your exchanged item arrives to us, as we stock limited quantities of each item we carry. Anything that falls out of that 14 day window, was discounted, or pre-ordered, is considered a final sale.

Custom orders,sale items, and personalized items will not be refunded unless the item damaged or defective. Please contact us to discuss any issues with these items.

When making a qualified return/exchange, please ensure that your items have all the tags/labels in place . We cannot refund shipping fees, and require a flat fee of $6 or shipping costs to and from, for the exchange. Items given free shipping will be deducted from credit given.

All messages,  will be returned within 24 hours. A packing slip or order number must be included in your return.




We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) within 3-5 business days , but are happy to expedite a package to if you have an urgent need or request. If you would like to make other shipment arrangements, please  email us to place your order. There will likely be additional fees, but we will work to guarantee we have the most cost effective solution for your needs.

International orders (including Canada) are final sales and returns or exchanges will not be accepted, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Please know that you will be responsible for any import fees that your country may assess upon arrival, including duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and brokerage fees.  International shipments CANNOT be marked as GIFT, and the exact value that you pay for the item must be declared on the customs forms.

Due to our immediacy in processing orders, they may not be cancelled 2 hours after an order is placed. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us. We love to help!
